Coraline

So there is a new animated movie out in the US and here in Germany nobody knows about it. I found out about it from my flickr contacts. Some redid their pics on the coraline homepage and button uped their eyes.

I saw the trailer and wanna see the move so much. So I went to the homepage and got my own picture coralineized.

So I´m going to visit a very dear friend of mine in about two weeks in Austin, TX and i thought for a gift I could give her. So I know shelikes to wear scarfs and stolas. So I started a scarf which will be hopefully done by the time I will be there. This is a picture of what it will look like. It´s a Tulip pattern I´m knitting.



And also when I´m there I will meet with a friend who has twin girls, who are a year old now. I also hought about a neat gift they likeand also can cherich until they have their own kids. So I will make them summer shoes of 100% cotton and also bags with hteir name and little creatures on them. Here´s a pic of how it will look like.

Amigurumis I made....

Today I´m posting a few pictures of two Amigurumis I finished. One is a turtle and the other one is a bunny, well here I still have to finish the ears. But they´re really cute. The turtles name is Emma and the rabbits name is Max.

I´m excited to do more amigurumis in the future. But for now I will make a stola for a friend of mien I will visit soon.

My trip to London...

Have you ever been to London? It was the second time, but the real first time....

First time I´ve been to London in 1993 with a student exchange. But our Bus Driver missed the parking are for busses and had to drive around whole London to find it again and so we only hat 3 hours... that´s not a lot!!

So I was absolutely excited to be there again and it was really awesome and luckily we had perfect weather as well...

But let the pictures speak for themself!

I´m back....

Hello everybody,

I´m sorry for not posting for so long but I was on vacation in between and before and after I was busy @ work. The weekend before I visited my friend with who I went to London with and the weekend after I was so tired I didn´t want to do nothing, except being lazy.

But I haven´t been lazy at all, I finished one of my Gurumis and started another one I will propably finish today. I wanted to go to the movies, but there isn´t really anything playing I wanna see, except "the Reader" with Kate Winslet.

So I will do different posts today to keep you up to date.

Oh, yes, if anyone asks, the bill from the repairmen was high... Well thank God it only has to be done once a year...
